At Three Churches we are not about changing people or changing the world. It is about coming here to be your self.

Healthy living

We live with integrity in order to live without stress.
We eat fresh fruit and vegetables.
We combine exercise with having fun, farming, manufacturing, producing art, renovating and innovating.
We show gratitude to encourage people to do more good work.
We do not do things that jeopardise our organic status.
We avoid eating sugar, processed foods and preservatives.
We have a biased towards eating and drinking organically grown produce.
We try and buy in season local produce.
Our living quarters are clean and comfortable.

Living Areas

Thought goes into how we use our space and how our space is used in order to create harmony, productivity, comfort and ascetics.

Art

We recognize that things we produce can often be practical and esthetically pleasing at the same time. If an item is esthetically pleasing we may take better care of it so the item lasts longer.

Art is featured around the property.

Farming

Farming is an integral part of the property. For a very long time humans have had a connection with their food production and food collection.

All farming is at minimum organic standards preferably biodynamic. Permaculture is incorporated.

Three Churches Economics

Living does not cost much. Showing off does.
We save money by growing our own food and trading the excess.
We save money by eating what is in season since this is usually the cheapest produce.
We save money and the community money by not over eating.
We save the community money by only growing organic produce.
We save money by utilizing our network of friends, families and associates.
If we borrow something off someone we look after it. We return it in a timely manner better than when we received it. If we break or damage something we borrow then we own up to it and try and remedy the situation.

The Three Churches Farm runs an onsite home brew club. We tend to make beer, ginger beer and apple cider. Pitching in to buy some of the more expensive accessories and do the work makes the whole process more fun, enjoyable and easy.
